Crystal has over 19 years of experience in education working with adult learners and students in a variety of settings. Among her many attributes, Crystal possesses superb communication skills, is very creative and often “thinks out of the box.” She is a highly motivated, self-directed individual with a passion for education, advising, teaching, career development and counseling.



Throughout her career, Crystal has served as academic advisor, career counselor, and instructor to many students. She has an excellent ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues and adult learners on varying levels and has demonstrated the ability to design curriculum, educational and training programs for diverse populations, allowing for integration of all learning styles.
