Flyer for Making Cent$ of Life After College
“Making Cents: of Life After College”, will occur on November 18th 4:30-6:30pm in the Main Campus Student Center Ballroom B. This interactive program will provide a realistic glimpse of your post-graduation finances, including the median starting salary for your desired job title, geographic location, and your student loan borrowing amounts.



Event Details:

You will receive a “salary” based on your career path.

You will then proceed through a series of stations simulating the budgeting of your salary to meet monthly expenses based on the cost of living in your proposed geographical location. Stations will include the following:

Taxes

Housing

Health and Well-being

Transportation

Financing graduate school

Student loan repayment

Food

Entertainment

Insurance

Revolving debt

Savings

Emergency needs

Your goal is to meet all of your needs within the confines of your salary.

We will help you review your choices and empower you to make smart financial decisions.
