Works range from student written pieces and cabarets to full length published staged productions. AMEXCAN at ECU is a club established in 2017 to promote Latino inclusivity on and off campus through social and volunteer opportunities. AMEXCAN at ECU hosts general body meetings every other Wednesday at 6 pm.

These meetings have proved essential because numerous Latino students got to know one another and gather a sense of belonging on campus. Interestingly enough, many Latino students joined AMEXCAN at ECU to learn more about their culture, such as the food, music, dancing style, language, and traditions, because they did not have access to those experiences growing up. So, they sought those experiences from club members who have.
