The Salvation Army an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

The local Pitt County Salvation Army has a need of a Canteen Team that will be trained and ready to serve the surrounding North Carolina areas as needed in case of a disaster. Please reach out to Kimberly Beyer at the local Greenville, NC office to get set up for training to become part of our Canteen Crew! You can text Kimberly at (252) 864-9375 and use the word Canteen in the text with your name and return phone number. She will call you back and help you to get set up with the training needed to serve on this disaster team. How far you go is with this service is entirely up to you! The need is great, and the volunteers are few! You are needed and wanted as a emergency disaster volunteer!
