LeaderShape® Institute™ is an opportunity to discover not only what you want to do, but who you are and the leader you want to be. Spend four days creating strong friendships, developing lifelong leadership skills, building a vision for the future and leading with integrity. This is your chance to create a just, caring and thriving world at East Carolina University®

LeaderShape will take place May 12-15, 2025 at the Eastern 4-H Center in Columbia, NC. All costs associated with student participation is paid for by the Center for Leadership & Civic Engagement. 60 students will be selected to participate.
