Flyer for Citizen U: Elections and Voting

The Citizen U Active Citizen Series is designed to engage, educate, and inspire students to be active members of their communities through dynamic session topics and engaging guest speakers. Each session will begin or end with a dynamic activity that participants and guest speakers will participate in that explores the session topic further.

This session will focus on the upcoming municipal election and how students can get involved in local elections. We will be joined by a representative from the Pitt County Board of Elections. Learn all about the methods of voting, voter ID in NC, and how you can make sure your voice is heard! Participants can join in person or via Teams. FREE snacks will be provided.
