Citizen U: Community Organizing & Leadership

The Citizen U Active Citizen Series is designed to engage, educate, and inspire students to be active members of their communities through dynamic session topics and engaging guest speakers. Each session will begin or end with a dynamic activity that participants and guest speakers will participate in that explores the session topic further.

This session will bring some local non-profit leaders and community change makers to campus to share their experiences related to community organizing and what it means to be a leader in your community. Participants can join in person or via Teams. FREE snacks will be provided.
