Join our coaches in this 8-week strength series designed for those wanting to learn the basics of resistance training. Strong and Snatched is the perfect blend of education and exercise programming. You will learn proper form for compound lifts, how to modify functional movements for various skill levels, as well as how to effectively build your own workouts. We want you to leave feeling stronger and more confident in the gym!
