Join our coaches in this 8-week strength series designed for those wanting to learn the basics of resistance training. Lift Like a Girl is the perfect blend of education and exercise programming. You will learn proper form for compound lifts, how to modify functional movements for various skill levels, as well as how to effectively build your own workouts. We want you to leave LLAG stronger and more confident in the gym!

This Free Day is an opportunity for you to try out LLAG prior to signing up for the full program. Registration for the 8 week program opens on 1/30 at 8am.
