Robert Daigle is a visionary leader with extensive experience in building and scaling AI solutions across global markets. As the Head of AI for a Fortune 200 company, he leads strategy, business development, alliances, and go-to-market activities, driving a global AI business responsible for over $2 billion in revenue.



A founding member of Lenovo AI, Robert has been instrumental in establishing the company's first global Center of Excellence, supporting customer projects and proofs of concept. Under his leadership, the AI Innovators program was launched, creating a network of 45+ partners and 150+ solutions. He has also overseen the development of AI-first product requirements for 80+ AI-ready platforms and guided the establishment of AI services offerings.



Robert has a proven track record in M&A strategy, VC investment strategy, and leading data science and product teams. He has led innovation teams to incubate new products and AI models, such as Arya, the first AI sourcing automation tool for recruiters, and the MoverPredict Algorithm for candidate matching.



Robert’s expertise extends to Marketing & Product Management including thought leadership, brand development, campaigns, and sales training.
