Meet friends, learn about yourself, and reach your goals with confidence!

DO IT FOR YOURSELF is a holistic development program that helps students take life head-on and become the captain of their own ship.

The DO IT FOR YOURSELF - TOGETHER! Discussion Group was designed as an in-person opportunity for students to explore the DO IT FOR YOURSELF content in the company of peers. Together, you will help hold each other accountable in your progress toward personal growth. This is a great opportunity for first-year students, transfer students, and anyone who could use additional peer support on campus. All are welcome!

CONTENT INCLUDES:
- tips about the ECU student experience
- info on the local Greenville-Pitt County community
- an abundance of self-help strategies to empower you to live a full life and successfully complete college

We will provide a trauma-informed environment, fidget toys, printouts, and refreshments. Occurs on select Tuesday afternoons, MCSC 206.
